• Make technical and operational decisions about the development of a digital mental health service and analyze the implementation investments.
• Generate creative digital health solution ideas, prototype the concepts, collaborate with the IT team and stakeholders to build the solutions, and lead implementation and scaling up within the context of integrating the digital health ecosystem.

• Establish a strong monitoring and evaluation system of the service delivery and patient information management system.

• Provide expert guideline for developing digital health solution for diagnosis and monitoring the health care for person with NDDs.
• Serves as key liaison person with different national and international organization regarding the research and innovative approaches.
• Contributed with expert feedback and drafted Act, Policies, Rules and Regulation.
• Co-ordinated Caregivers Skill Training Program (CST) of World Health Organization (WHO) and lead the activity for CST material adaptation.

• Design the operational plan and business model for the first 24/7 mental health call center in Bangladesh.
• Training and Supervision of 10 Clinical Psychologists, two information officers and IT support team to ensure best quality of service.
• Develop and design the patient database and information support system.
• Develop the operational guideline and training module for psychologists and coordinate the digital health care and conduct quality assurance meeting and evaluation of the service to ensure satisfaction of each clients.
• Maintain external and internal liaison for this digital mental health service and convince both the company and government.
